About the Principal Valuer
Background
With over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry, Cezar is a highly respected property valuer specialising in valuations across the Greater Sydney region. For the past 17 years, he has developed deep expertise in property valuation, having worked with both large multinational and boutique firms.
Expert Witness
Cezar has also served as an expert witness in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, as well as the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Professionally Accredited
Cezar is a member of the peak industry body, the Australian Property Institute (API), as a Fellow Member and a Certified Practising Valuer (FAPI CPV).
Cezar is dedicated to the improvement of quality within the valuation industry and sits on the API Panel of Examiners, volunteering his time and expertise to assess the competence of applicants, and ensuring new members have the required experience and training to be granted membership.

Cezar has conducted approximately 10,000 property valuations since 2008, with the majority carried out across the Greater Sydney region and the remainder in rural and remote areas of New South Wales.
