With over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry, Cezar is a highly respected property valuer specialising in valuations across the Greater Sydney region. For the past 17 years, he has developed deep expertise in property valuation, having worked with both large multinational and boutique firms.

Experience

Cezar has conducted approximately 10,000 property valuations since 2008, with the majority carried out across the Greater Sydney region and the remainder in rural and remote areas of New South Wales.

Professionally Accredited

Cezar is a member of the peak industry body, the Australian Property Institute (API), as a Fellow Member and a Certified Practising Valuer (FAPI CPV).

Expert Witness

Cezar has appeared as an expert witness and provided sworn testimony in a range of courts, including the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), and several local courts. He has undergone cross-examination and is experienced in preparing expert reports that comply with the relevant Expert Witness Code of Conduct.
